The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is pleased to invite you to participate in the Thailand Travel Mart Plus 2022 (TTM+ 2022): “Visit Thailand Year 2022, Amazing New Chapters”.
The event will be held on 8-10 June, 2022, at “Angsana Laguna Phuket”, Phuket.
The TTM+ is Thailand’s most significant annual B2B travel trade event, which has gained a reputation among the Thai and international tourism industries as a “must-attend” event in their calendar. The TTM+ 2022 will provide an excellent platform for all participants, both sellers and buyers, to meet with current and potential business partners, as well as to reinforce their relationship with global travel specialists, introduce, update, and expand their business.
This year, the TTM+ 2022 will be held under the theme of “Visit Thailand Year 2022, Amazing New Chapters”. This dynamic theme is in the right direction to protect the country’s vast natural and scenic beauty, instigating a range of environmental initiatives including pre and post-tour programs. The primary objectives are the significant reduction of single-use plastics, a paperless business matching system, and other plastic waste. In its ongoing mission to build on and further enhance the practice of sustainable and responsible tourism that recognizes Phuket’s best and brightest image, the TTM+ 2022 will deliver a remarkable and excellent experience to the locals and all participants.

CONDITIONS FOR BUYER REGISTRATION
(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM)
The participants are requested to complete the online application form via the TTM+2022 official website only. Please provide present and future business example details supporting information for your application. Your application is very important, as it helps us identify your needs at the TTM+2022. The more details you provide at the registration the quicker we will be able to process your application. Please note that the period of registration is from 1-31 March, 2022.
Important Remark: All buyers need to be fully vaccinated before the intended event date with the lists of vaccines approved by the WHO, or authorized by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand.
WHAT’S NEXT?
All hosted Buyers’ applications will be selected by the TTM+2022 Committee. This is to ensure that only qualified Buyers with bona fide contracting responsibilities for Thailand. On qualification, you will receive an e-mail to notify if you have been successfully accepted into the programme within 2 weeks and also be able to check back with the Buyer Secretariat team at the e-mail address: buyer@thailandtravelmartplus.com (+66 2) 250 5500 Ext. 1245, Fax: (+66 2) 652 8215 on the status of your application. The TTM+ 2022 Committee’s decision shall be final. The selection criteria for Buyers are as follows:
- Be a potential buyer in Thailand in their own market.
- NO “No-show” and / or “Blacklisted” record in the TTM+ 2017 – 2019.
- Has been approved by the Buyer Committee, as well as 28 TAT overseas offices.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION
No refund for any cancellation.
BUYER CATEGORIES
- Hosted Buyer
Once your application has been approved by the TTM+ Committee, the Hosted Buyer must pay the registration fee of USD 300 or THB 10,200 by bank draft, international money order, or telegraphic transfer.Details regarding the payment would be provided in due course. Payment must be in full, exclusive of any bank fee or charge involved shall be for the account of the delegates. As a part of your registration, you will receive complimentary:- Return economy flight from international port to port and return economy flight from Bangkok to Phuket, Thailand. (Reimbursement).
- Accommodation in an official hotel from the Online Booking.
- Coach/van transfers between the airport, official hotels, and venue.
- Admission to official functions.
- Prescheduled appointments with exhibitors.
- International Buyer
Participants who are not in the Hosted Buyer Programme will have the opportunity to attend the TTM+ 2022 as Buyers and are required to submit the financial support for the registration fee of USD 200 or THB 6,800. Buyers can take advantage of the TTM+ 2022 services the same as the Hosted Buyers excluding the return economy flight from their country of origin to Thailand and / or any domestic flight in Thailand. - Domestic Buyer
Participants from a company based in Thailand will be attending as Domestic Buyers and are required to pay the registration fee of USD 100 or 3,400 THB. Domestic Buyers can take advantage of the TTM+ 2022 services the same as the Hosted Buyers excluding the return flight, transportation and accommodation.
Remark:- Only partners, subsidiaries, affiliate or authorised companies of international tour operators can apply as Domestic Buyers.
- Domestic Buyers are obliged to do Preschedule appointment and cannot be a no-show. If the companies appear as a no-show, they will be excluded from future TAT events.
- Onsite application for Domestic Buyers is not allowed.

PAYMENT
- All fees are paid in US Dollars or Thai Baht within 7 working days after your status has been approved.
- Exclusive of any bank fee or charge involved which shall be for the account of the delegates.
- For a record of evidence and confirmation, once payment has been done, please send your pay-in slip, details of the company, a contact person and a billing address to buyer@thailandtravelmartplus.com.
